Terrible room, no natural light at all, no space to open a large suitcase except on the bed. Great location, centrally located in Fort Kochi.

Wouldn't Recommend

Lovely comfy bed and spacious room. We had the Royal room on 2nd floor but tgere was only one small hatch window which opened onto the inside of the building so very little light into the room and no balcony. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom which was nice, but the controls weren't working, so you couldn't have it warmed. No phone in room to contact reception. Kettle didn't work. Tv control didn't work properly. Breakfast was very slow. Toaster was temperamental.

I stayed at Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi for two weeks with my 10 years old son and truly felt the warmth of a family-run place. The staff were very responsive and kind, and the location was amazing — everything was walkable for us. It’s simple, comfortable, and full of heart. If you’re looking for that genuine family feeling in Fort Kochi, this is the best option. I would definitely return.

Sur facturation . Logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel.la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos.Soit disant réception 24h/24 ,le portail était fermé et il y avait un numéro de téléphone. Nous sommes arrivés fatigués à 4h30 du matin et le check in a été trop long la personne qui nous a enregistré ne parlait pas l'anglais. Nous avons pu entrer dans la chambre qu'à 6h du matin.Au check out ils ont essayé de nous faire payer les petits déjeuners alors qu'ils étaient inclus dans le tarif .Ils ont été incapables de nous fournir la facture des petits déjeuners.
