The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and the servers are wonderful! Great views from the balcony of the backwaters and the Arabian Sea. Plus, the pool was exactly what I needed.

The breakfast was terrific every morning! And the staff is so lovely and helpful! The view from the balcony is fantastic! To the east, you can see the backwaters and to the west, you can see the Arabian Sea. Absolutely wonderful experience.

It was perfect after 5 busy weeks traveling around India. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. I had no issues with my stay.

The longer I styed the more I liked it

The hotel is just across a small strip of land and the island road from the ocean. The back side of the property goes all the way to the backwaters. Breakfast was included in the room rate and I usually got a Masala omelette and the pancakes which were fine. The outdoor swimming pool as nice, fair sized, and the water felt fairly warm. When I first got to my room I thought some of the doors and furniture was a little bit "tired" and the TV was small screen but it worked well with many channels available in many languages. The water in the shower never got to be warm but I could still tolerate a cool shower. The service was very good and always quite attentive.

Stay at Blue waters

Had booked Suite Room after full prepayment, for 4 days on Expedia which assured No need for reconfirmation!. On arrival at the resort, the Check in staff informed there is no booking and they have no arrangement with Expedia at all for suite rooms. Was absolutely doomed. After 2 hours ordeal of trying to speak to Expedia and informing them that I will lodge Police complaint for fraud, they relented and the suite showed up from nowhere.

Very old property. Not upgraded to todays time.

Old property no upgradation done. Corridor was stinking all the time. Except for the bell boys rest of the staff was absolutely not interested. Breakfast buffet had limited options and tasteless. Bottom line hotel web site is good and in reality it is exactly opposite.

No mini bar in the room given . Mini bar on my reservation and in the détails about the hotel, mini bar in all rooms. Discussion for having one in another type of room paying quite a lot more. Dobble dealing. I will not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful beach across the street ;crowded in the early evenings only. Hotel staff were very accommodating and went out of the way for certain special requests. Very clean and well maintained property with a swimming pool. Highland recommend this hotel but not for the food at its Restaurant, which is lousy. No apparent supervision of kitchen staff. There are some average restaurants close by.

We did like the ayuverdic clinic with all the massages we had People were very very nice. The air conditioning could have been better . for the price and everything I would say it was excellent Perfect place for relaxation. Clean Hotel .
