"Beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly staff who helped us in so many ways throughout our 1 week stay! Very clean and convenient, although it is located up a steep hill so beware if you have mobility issues. Having the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar ability to service anywhere on the resort including inside of the pool was a huge bonus! We loved ordering lunch on our phones and having it served to our table in the pool or to our room. Laundry services were reasonably priced and done within 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, no complaints, lots of options. It’s about a 10min walk downhill to the beach as well as 7 eleven and a few restaurants and shops. Quite a bit of a further walk to everything else or a cheap Grab bike ride away. Views from the rooftop pool are beautiful we spent most of our time at the pool! The airport is about an hour drive away from the hotel and from our experience, it was cheaper to pay for the hotel shuttle than to order a car via Grab. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! "

"It was not only beautiful, spectacular, deluxe but all the staff were so friendly, helpful and cheerful. The entire place was relaxing…. Very Zen! Loved both pools, the food was delicious with lots of selection, the room was clean and a great location. The shuttle to the beach was very helpful and the driver very polite and friendly. The security man helping us to cross the road was very polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the entire experience, and loved the spa Experience"

"We chose a pool front room in the we stayed in Vhari family room with swim out pool close to kids club. Fantastic hotel with lots to do with kids. Would go back every year!"

"The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations. So whilst the restaurants, pool slide areas etc were all run down or shut - its hard to comment they were bad because theyre renovating and thats pretty understandable. Overall though, the hotel was extremely comfortable. The sea view room was incredible with a huge bathroom, a balcony view like the photo of the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning though could of had more options for children. Id stay again!"

"Deliecious breakfast with a wide range of foods available, slightly different each day. Beautiful swimming pools, happy hour between 4 and 6pm at the swim up pool bars with half price cocktails. Food was great for lunch around the pool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous, even had a cake for my birthday. Staff were wonderful and the spa was heaven. "

"We had an enjoyable stay at Novatel Kata Avista, Phuket. The staff were all very helpful and always friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious. The negatives were that housekeeping often didn't clean our room until late in the day - inconvenient esp when you have kids and you want to settle down for the evening. Having said that - I did ask reception and they arranged for the room to be cleaned earlier the following day. I just feel it should be a given that rooms be cleaned by 2-3pm at the latest. Also, the hotel is located at the top of quite a steep hill - whilst it is walking distance to street food and markets, in the extreme heat, it makes for a challenging walk back to the hotel. The Kata Night Market was great!"
