Ideally located on the beautiful Baan Tai beach and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Sunshine Residence consists of 3 private and comfortable villas, all tastefully decorated.
Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, massage salons, and Thongsala, the island city center. The location is also perfect to discover the island.

The Beach Villa is a beautiful, cozy two bedroom villa with its own private outdoor jacuzzi facing the beach and a large open plan living space with AC.
You'll find a homely South-East Asian touch with tasteful artisanal decor.
Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy an evening out at one of the delicious local restaurants nearby.
To keep you in touch with the outside world and entertained during your stay, there is fiber optic Wifi and a Smart TV.

Idyllic for a romantic getaway, families with children, nature lovers or people who just want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.

Facilities include: 
- bedroom 1: One king size bed with AC
- bedroom 2: Two single beds with AC (on the first floor)
- one bathroom with a shower, one sink, vanity mirror and WC
- fiber optic WiFi
- private cold-water jacuzzi
- fully equipped kitchen with, hob, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, and utensils
- open-plan dining room

- parking space for scooters & bikes (only two parking spots available for a car, on a "first come first served basis" - extra cars have to park on the main road, at 1 min walk from the property)
- cleaning every 4 days

- help with excursions, car rental and motorcycle rental
- we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the front door of the property, beach entry, parking and the pool.

Superb house with the beach in the garden

We had a good stay at Sunshine Residence Koh Phangan. The beach villa was spacious and well-located, offering a nice balance of comfort and privacy. The beachfront view was a highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, a great option for a peaceful getaway!There were 5 of us in the villa for 5 nights and we didn't miss anything! The facilities are first class! The villa was very clean and the pool was the absolute highlight for us! There is more than enough space and you just feel completely at home! The communication with the owners was very good! All in all a 10/10! :) We'd come back anytime!
