"We had a lovely stay in Koh Mook. This hotel offers great value and service. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very dedicated and help immediately with any small request. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is an inexpensive hotel on a remote island. I arrived in a cast and they were very kind and helpful. "
