All of us here do our best to ensure our guests have a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. Every season we review each tour operator we promote at our resort in an effort to ensure we promote only those who offer a quality service. I personally have been taking some of these excursions to verify the quality of service, so when I read your review, I was troubled. I had a look at your receipt and found your trip was booked through Local Eco Tour. This is a group that I am not familiar with, and one which we do not promote at our resort. After speaking with our receptionist, they recalled that you had brought the tour pamphlet to them from outside the resort. As a courtesy, they called and booked the trip. Because you had such an un-pleasurable experience, we have changed our policy. In a circumstance such as this, we will now inform our guests that we are unfamiliar with the tour operator, and as a result, cannot vouch for the quality of their services.
