Lovely hotel close to the beach. We were on the 7th floor but despite this we found that noise coming from outside was a lot and carried on late at night.
They provided halal chicken but unfortunately this is cooked in the same pans as pork which defeats the purpose. Breakfast could be a lot better.
The room itself and the view was fantastic. The pool was great and has a slide which is fun. The restaurant food was also really tasty. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

We arrived during Songkran. Now, I get that people want to celebrate, however the pool music during the day was over bearingly loud. It just needs to be about 90Db quieter!!!

The Staff are so kind and show what true customer service is. I also would like to send a special Thank you to Rose the day trip organiser, she is fantastic at her job. The location hotel is perfect a 5 min walk if that from the beach and easy access to nearby bars.The pool is also a nice size and breakfest has a nice selection.

The air conditioning was not working and the hotel didn’t have another room so we have lo leave and we are waiting to Expedia for refund, then the bathroom was really dirty!!!!! The bed was not good at all…. We couldn’t stay not even 1 night and had to book another hotel….. the staff didn’t care ...
