Everything you would need for a stay in Knoxville. Great Location. Walking distances to great restaurants, live music venues, museums, University of Tennessee, Art Galleries, and parks.
Clean, open layout.
Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Two entrances, one on Wall Avenue with elevator access and the other on the pedestrian plaza of Market Square
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Perfect Location!

Location!

One of my favorite stays in Knoxville in 10 years. The Zen loft is amazing! The location is perfect, the building is secure, the market sq parking is easy. The loft is clean and comfortable, it fat exceeds the photos on the listing. Will book again very soon!

Great place, great location

We loved being so close to market square and all that is happening there. Fun shops, great restaurants. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay there again.

Another great stay!

This is the 4th time I have stayed here for work in the past couple of years. The location is wonderfully central with easy access to food and entertainment. It can be somewhat noisy, but that can be mitigated.

Great Downtown Condo

Extremely clean and comfortable condo in the middle of Market Square area of downtown. Has everything you need for a great stay within east walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

Excellent place in the center of town

This is the second time I've stayed here on a work trip. The care taken on the furnishings, central location and ease of in and out means I will stay here for all future travel to Knoxville.

Absolutely terrific!

We were in town for a football game and parents weekend on campus, this condo and the Market Square location are the perfect combination. The outside noise is completely isolated, the interior decor and furniture are terrific, and the easy access to dining as well as campus make this the ideal alternative to the usual hotels.

Visit to UT

The location was perfect for our daughter’s visit to UT - close to so many great restaurants and just a short drive to campus. The host was quick to resolve a minor issue upon check-in and was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the Knoxville area.

Amazing location

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UTK. It was a great location for us to enjoy Knoxville, but also be close to campus to help her. We were worried about parking, but it was not an issue at all. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

Convenience is great!

Efficiency was very convenient to the restaurants and activities in the square. Easy to park in the garages near by. Recommend for single or couple . Would be helpful to have streaming instructions somewhere maybe in the binder under the TV.

We decided last minute to run up to Knoxville to see our college student for her birthday. The zen unit was perfect. Well, equipped (thanks for the snacks) and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful visit. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Amazing Location!! Adorable and close to everything!!

We came on Easter weekend, so maybe it was a little more quiet, but we weren't bothered by any noise at night. Check-in was super easy and there is a parking garage right down the street with free overnight parking. The apartment was super clean and loved the decor and snack basket. We did have a hitch with the wi-fi not corresponding to the info book, but Bernadette quickly fixed the issue. Would DEF DEF stay again!!

Super great downtown location. The only negative and has nothing to do with apartment but it can get a little loud at night when bars close. I live in a city so use to noise. Apartment clean and all questions answered quickly. Thank you would stay here again

Chilling in Zen

Great place. Super downtown location. Took a sec to figure out the lockbox to get the exterior door opening fob and understanding parking options but after the first time it was all a piece of cake. Neat old building above Market Square. We heard some street noise but seemed very appropriate for the location. None of the noise disrupted our sleep. Highly recommend this unit. We’ll reserve again on next visit to Knoxville.

Great Place For UT Events

We stayed here for parents weekend. Great location, close to plenty of restaurant options. A fun farmers market on Saturday morning. Easy access to UT. Free parking in the garage close by (weekend). We chose to leave our car in the garage and Uber back and forth to campus. Overall a great experience! Would gladly stay again.
