Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. "This was the easiest transaction and perfect homey accommodations. We were in town for a concert series and didn't spend much time in the space but it was cozy and has lots of personality. We were also on the run too much to enjoy the great patio but it was awesome knowing that we could and would feel comfortable doing so. The communication and Doug checking in made us feel like we were staying in an old friend's guest house."

"We were only there for the night while passing through Knoxville. This is a beautiful, clean & spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a full kitchen and a spacious yard to park at least 2 cars safely at night. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Old town is a cute spot and the loft is a great space. However the amenities were lacking. Bed spread had holes ( burn holes?). One of the beds was broken and slanting. Pillows were very uncomfortable and not suitable for a rental of this price. The space also got hotter thru the night. Towels were stacked on a dusty shelf. This space has so much potential but I wouldn’t repeat stay."

"The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip."
