"The unit was very nicely decorated, very new and modern. Sufficient amenities. Especially on a busy TN home game weekend, having covered parking next door at Crowne Plaza was very nice, however, the process to park somewhere temporarily in order to unload car and get badges for parking wasn’t clear in the checkin instructions. Other than that, it was perfect and we will definitely plan to stay here again while visiting daughter @ UTK!"
