Fantastic apartment in centre of town (shops and bakery with 2min walk). Fantastic outside space for the summer with terraces on both sides of the building. Clean and easily accessible. Host organised key pickup from Barbara The only complaint was there were no towels (not even hand towels in the w/c or kitchen) and it is not clear in the advert that towels are not provided. When asked about towels, the management person seemed surprised and uncertain. We also felt like it could be made clearer there is no toilet in the ensuite bathroom, but rather there is a toilet in the utility cupboard. Also that the bunk bed room only has access to shower via the other bedroom. It did not impact our stay but it might if staying as a family Overall was a pleasant stay and would stay there again

Nice stay in a central location

We had a very nice stay. The apartment corresponds to the photos on the website and is very tastefully furnished. There is a bicycle storage room for hire bikes. The only drawback: there were no towels on arrival. We had to buy them ourselves. It would have been nice to have been informed in advance.

Apartment fine. Disappointment about bicycles and the communication about this issue.

We spent a long weekend in Knokke. The apartment within walking distance of the beach was fine. It was nice that we could use the two roof terraces.The advertisement appealed to us because of the fact that we could use four bicycles. That way we could also see some of the environment. Unfortunately on arrival it turned out that there were only two bicycles and a children's bicycle that were unusable. We discussed this via chat with the owner and organization Vrbo and we asked for a solution. This has cost us a lot of time and energy. Which was a pity. Communication with the owner was disappointing. Vrbo wanted to cooperate, but in the end could not mean much. We rented the bikes ourselves. We have asked to reimburse the bicycle rental. To date, we have not received any response from either party...

Klein appartement met 2 terrassen

Klein, schoon, leuk ingericht appartement op de 5e verdieping. De locatie is top: parallel aan de winkelstraat Lippenslaan en vlakbij het strand. Het station is een kwartiertje lopen.De twee terrassen zijn heerlijk. Het kan er wel flink waaien. Binnen kan het snel warm worden als de zon schijnt.De toegang tot de garage en de garagebox is best smal. Onze Renault Rafale paste er net door; uitstappen viel niet mee.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit super Dachterrassen! Es hat an Nichts gefehlt (Handtücher und Toilettenpapier selbst mitbringen). Tiefgaragenplatz nicht für größere Autos (SUV/Kombi) geeignet.. sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und Promenade!! Alle und super Shopping -Moglichkeiten sehr nah!!

Un penthouse cosy avec deux belles terrasses. Pour que ce soit parfait un welcome pack aurait été apprécié comme petite bouteille d’eau, quelques capsules pour le café, une capsule pour le lave-vaisselle.

2-wöchiger Aufenthalt im Juli/August 2023

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir gebraucht haben, war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Eine Terrasse geht zur Straße (außer Möwen hat man aber nichts gehört), die andere zum Innenhof, dort hatte man abends Sonne. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Poststelle, Geschäfte, Apotheken, Restaurants,... und natürlich der Strand. Unser einziges Problem war tatsächlich das Parken. Knokke ist in verschiedene Parkzonen eingeteilt. In der Hauptsaison sind die Parkplätze von 11-19 Uhr gebührenpflichtig. In der Straße durfte man nur 4 Stunden parken (orange Zone) und es waren auch meistens nur abends Plätze frei. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist die grüne Zone für 12,50 €/ Tag. Wenn wir Pech bei der Parkplatzsuche hatten, mussten wir 1-1,5 km von der Wohnung entfernt parken. Uns hat's gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen.
