"This is a bare bones room, felt safe, location is next to railway station, very clean. Only negative is the airflow was minimal; but we had two travel fans and that worked well. First night left window open for air, mosquitoes had a smorgasbord! Easy walk to town! Breakfast is 10 euros each, but is good deal for this area! Would book again."

"Walking up to the front of the building, you realise that this hotel is something special. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and shown to our room, overlooking the quiet private gardens. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and next morning we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, complete with blocks of chocolate to start your day well! Evening dining options were also amazing with an excellent choices of wine or cocktails. Thank you to all of the amazing staff as we had a fantastic time, and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

"I have had the distinct pleasure of staying at this hotel on three separate occasions spanning the previous few years. Each visit has consistently been marked by a positive experience. During my most recent stay, the staff demonstrated great hospitality, providing valuable information about local activities and ensuring a taxi was promptly available for my early morning departure. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is notably convenient, situated directly opposite The Basilica of the Holy Blood and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main plaza. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, contributing to a comfortable stay. Given these consistently high standards, I fully intend to return in the future. :)"

"Hotel Lucca is the perfect place to call home while exploring Bruges. It makes one feel like they are truly in a Belgian inn. The owner, Hans, is a kind and friendly person. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully displayed for guests. Beds are comfortable and amenities and more than adequate. The location is close enough to easily walk the town and far enough to escape the tourists. If you are a lover of trappist beers, there is a beer bar less than 50 steps away from the front door of the hotel called Le Trappist. It's incredible! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It is everything you want for a stay in Bruges. "

"Perfect location to the Markt area. Close to sights and restaurants. Was in a quiet location just off the streets. The room was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful Enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, although a little pricey for the Continental type breakfast it served. Love the bat and would recommend it for a little wind down time at the end of the day"
