"Modern budget hotel with very good public transport links into central Munich (subway and bus stations right outside the hotel). The rooms are simple but provide everything that is needed (except for a fridge). The buffet breakfast offers a good range (including vegan dishes) and is open from 6:30am to 11:00am every day. The only issue is that the capacity of the breakfast room does not match the size of the hotel so expect to wait for a table at peak times."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the central railway station and walking distance to old town. Hotel is clean, big, room very spacious, have tea and coffee facilities. No amenities in the bathroom, so take everything with you. Please note, that usage of sauna and hym with the fee. Pool is great, for free. Foid us great, very delicious, big variety. Reception staff exceptional great service, very welcoming very helpful. "

"The hotel is clean & comfortable and the communal area is a lovely idea. I completely understand the idea behind not providing people with things they may not need (e.g. daily housekeeping, new towels, extra pillows etc) unless they’ve been requested, but this only works as a concept if the requests are actually met. Two days in a row I requested house keeping and two days in a row, I returned in the evening to find it hadn’t been done. On the second failed day, I went down to speak to the member of staff on site. I get mistakes happen but I was really disappointed by how unbothered she was by the situation. She brought clean towels to our room a few minutes later but there was no apology for the repeated let down, and it was just shrugged off with a “unfortunately housekeeping are gone for the day now” with no explanation of how it had been missed two days in a row. We also tried to buy a drink from the vending machine however the payment terminal wasn’t working - the member of staff said we could just buy it through the bar instead and we were charged nearly a euro more than the vending machine price. Overall the hotel is a nice idea but the service experience isn’t up to scratch and I wouldn’t stay again."
