You drive off the autobahn and 200 meters later you are in a lovely Bavarian village where the hotel is situated. We ordered and paid for 2 double rooms as no single rooms were available but got first the key for 2 double rooms but one was later changed to a single room without any compensation. The price given by hotels.com was increased and only after some discussion did we get some money back."
