it was just a stopover on the way to Italy - perfect place for that right at the motorway, modern clean and easy to check in automatically - perfect value for the price

I liked the security you have when you're in the building, not everyone can get in without having the security code. I didn't like my room not being clean and my bed sheet not changing for my entire stay, a week. I didn't like not having someone on site to help when needed. During my 7 days, the last 4 days I couldn't use my security code to get in the building. I had to piggybacking, I wasn't alone, other people had similar issue.

Very strange system. Your room key is a code that is sent to you electronically. All instructions were in German requiring translation. Not the best system for non-German speakers. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great place to stay overnight but can be noisy

We stayed there for the second time and would give 5 stars but it appeared that the soundproofing of the hotel is very bad. Guests in one of the rooms had a loud conversation with some strange low frequency music till 3 a.m. It was really hard to sleep and there was no reaction from the hotel's staff. Other things were perfect. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and we liked it very much

Impossible to check in, the check in machine doesn’t work. No AC in the rooms, no mosquito nets. The outside of the hotel stays lit up all night so keeping the blinds and windows open at night is also impossible. We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults + a 6 year old) and only got two twin beds pushed together. No one slept because of the heat, light and the beds.

Nice place to sleepover. Clean, easy to find, large parking lot with charging option, and Lidl charger next building. The big negative is the communication with the host. I haven't gotten any messages through hotels.com and the phone customer service doesn't work in the evening. This is very strange. Further, after the checkin procedure, I received a code to enter, but the door to the corridor opened strangely not through the code, but through the phone, as one of the kind neighbors informed me after several fruitless attempts to enter the code. Not a pleasant experience, something needs to be fixed.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut, Bett bequem. Sehr modern und große Dusche. Einzig negativ war die Türöffnung. Die Eingabe mit Code ist nicht ganz eindeutig und unsere Zimmertür lies sich sehr schlecht erst nach mehreren Anläufen öffnen.

Tolles Hotel. 😊 Einfache Buchung, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Das einzige negative - die Türverriegelung zum Treppenhaus lies sich über das Onlineportal nicht öffnen. Alles andere funktionierte super. 😊
