"Very clean hotel. Loved the lounge w/ fireplace, coffee and conversations. Small but very appointed rooms. Pool and hot tub clean. Walkable to downtown and restaurants."
"Loved this property and our stay! The townhouse was beautiful, and our boys had a blast running around. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and we really enjoyed a few relaxed breakfasts together. The coffee shop was delicious, and the staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. And of course, the cat was the highlight for my boys.
One small recommendation for management would be adding lighting around the pool and the steps to the hot tub. In the evenings, it was quite dark and we noticed a few people tripping on the steps. As parents, it felt a bit concerning and surprising that there wasn’t more lighting in that area.
We would absolutely stay here again. Such a lovely experience for our whole family."
"We stayed at the Element for 6 nights, and the majority of the time the pool heater was broken. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us upon check-in. The weather was in the 80s and we have two kids, obviously we would be wanting to use the pool. If they would have let us know, we would not have stayed and unpacked all our stuff, we would have gone elsewhere. Super disappointing because I was worried this would happen, after reading reviews of it happening previously. My husband had asked the front desk about it and they were not helpful. About 20 minutes later I went up and tried to get more info on when the heater would be fixed, the same guy that just talked to my husband acted like he didn’t even know the pool was broken, as did the other two staff members checking people in! Unbelievable. So they continued to check people in without letting them know. Luckily the hot tubs were working. By our last day the pool started to heat up, so I assume the heater was fixed, however the pool was absolutely filthy! Actual garbage floating around in the pool. Two days prior was really windy so I understand if it got dirty then, but apparently they can’t even clean the pool daily!"
"Very friendly staff. Convenient to many restaurants. Right on Main Street. Very clean hotel. Large rooms. Nice kitchenette makes it good for several days. "
"Quick drive to downtown in minutes and only 10 minutes from Arches NP. Nice patio area with grills, pool, and hot tub. Rooms were spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Breakfast included was convenient and had a variety of options as we stayed 4 nights. "
"Overall experience to be average
The comforter and beds were not very comfortable.
Additionally the room did not include a microwave oven, which would have been convenient during the stay.
The bathroom fixtures felt outdated, and the exhaust fan was not working
"
"Cold shower. Basement room. No towels for pool. Kids running everywhere. Kids with pool noodles in the hot tub. No bath soap. Outdoor fire place broken and was told it never works. Do not recommend for adults or couples."
