The rooms are spacious, soundproof windows, and the facility has been equipped with the necessary equipment, including a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, there is a balcony at guests' disposal. The facility has been equipped with class in a modern, industrial style. Cosiness is ensured by fresh, Finnish bedding and a high ceiling - the rooms are 3 meters high. The property also provides room service.

The large bathroom has a large, modern shower.
Other facilities include the possibility of parking cars in the underground garage (which is crucial especially during the ski season), luggage storage and contact with the reception desk 24 hours a day.

The property has its own bicycle and ski equipment rental.

For children, two huge playgrounds have been prepared in front of the building. In the area there are numerous restaurants and bars (Italian, Thai, Polish cuisine, sushi, pizzeria) and shops - Żabka 100 meters away, and a huge shopping center 300 meters away.

A great advantage of the facility is its location - close to the city center and the biggest attractions (Kłodzko Fortress, Miniuroland, Underground Tourist Route, Museum of the Kłodzko Region, Jump World Kłodzko Trampoline Park, Market Square, Town Hall in Kłodzko, Gothic Bridge on Młynówka, Collegiate Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary , Franciscan Church, and also at the "exit" from Kłodzko, close to the ring road and roads S8 and 33 - therefore access to the ski resorts is very quick and efficient.
