Adorable clean and stylish small hotel with friendly and most helpful staff. My friend and I had wonderful experience enjoying the food, tried the hot tub, the sauna and the spa services. Would love to come back again.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small. Other than that, we liked the vibe.

Expedia takes card details on secure portal, than it sends open text message to hotel (including CVT). Operator punches numbers from printed copy to finalize on payment terminal, it is a joke. Do not take card details while booking, and I had no choice to finalize booking.

Loved almost everything about this place. Only problem is the staff will run your card in your currency and charge a fee for that without telling you. You always have a choice. It's a lot easier to let them know before handing them the card, otherwise they will tell you there was no option.

Ein schönes Hotel etwas abseits von Zakopane. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Frühstück und Abendessen sind zu empfehlen auch für Vegetarier. Beim Abendessen Nachfragen. Guter Standort für Touren in die Umgebung.

Good and pleasant hotel

It is a pleasant hotel. The staff is very helpful (though they do not speak so good English in the restaurant). Parking is for free and the breakfast is good. The rooms are big and quiet, and the beds are very comfortable.

POLECAMY!!!

Początkowo otrzymaliśmy pokój w niezbyt atrakcyjnej lokalizacji (przy głównym holu) Jednak po naszej prośbę przeniesiono nas do bardzo komfortowego pokoju z balkonem. Na pewno hotel musi bardziej zadbać o usunięcie grzybów w spoinach kabin przysznicowych - problem pojawiał się w obu pokojach. Śniadania bardzo obfite i smaczne. Dania w karcie równiez smaczne - polecamy makaron z wieprzowiną i borowikami. Obsługa bardzo przyjemna - nie robiła problemów gdy poprosiliśmy o delikatne wydłużenia doby hotelowej. Generalnie polecamy i zamierzamy gościć w Karolówce w przyszłości :)
