"Ibis hotel is only for one or two nights stay My room when I got there was cold and I didn’t know how to turn on thermostat. The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often. "We have stayed here before. It’s a nice big apartment in a good location for shopping and eating out. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the hotel could put the heating on ready for your arrival as it is quite cold when you first arrive. It’s a big apartment and takes a couple of days for the lounge to really warm up as it’s a large lounge with one radiator that is far to small for the size of the room. "
