The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often.
