"I have stayed in this hotel in the past, when they still had reception and breakfast, ant the stay was great. Therefore, I booked it again, and have to say, now the feeling is like living in student dormitory. Rooms require maintenance, shower had mould between the tiles and rusty service box, ceiling was wet, etc. So if you need just a night stay somewhere quick, then it is fine, but I would not book holiday stay in this place. "

"We had no information about checking in, had to call, wait behind a door for additional half an hour until got code/keys. Tiny room is in a third floor. Carrying luggage was difficult. There was two door upstairs, one to room was crooked, hard to lock/unlock. Washer in a picture- doesn’t exist in room. But you can rent sauna there. Two ceiling windows are noisy if raining and tiny window to street is terrible noisy to leave open, since it’s directly to multiple bars and restaurants. No other...

"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. There was music...

"Very nice, spacious, clean room! Nice amenities. Breakfast very good with large variety. Parking convenient and inexpensive. Bed very comfortable with great pillows."
"I had a very nice stay, and the staff and Breakfast were great. The only issue is with the plug in the sink that kept getting stuck and had to use force to remove "
