"The house was a place we came together to honor our son who we lost 7 years ago. Having the oceanfront property was amazing. We were comfortable in the home. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was spacious and had what we needed for cooking. Would stay here again."

"Our host welcomed us personally through texts, which was very thoughtful. And he kept in touch during our visit!!The house was perfect for our group. The upstairs suite was a treat! We saved it for our friends who had a 3 hour delay on back roads!! They were so happy! We enjoyed the spacious living arrangements, for the 7 of us. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all connected perfect for a group. We enjoyed the Olympics, as we visited, made a jigsaw puzzle, shared snacks, music, shared dinners & a birthday party! We appreciated the privacy of having our own bathrooms for the 3 couples, and our singleton. What a difference that makes when getting ready to walk the beach or head out to lunch, or just prepare for the day! How refreshing that the “5 minute walk to the beach”, was TRULY a 5 minute walk to the beach!! And a beautiful walk! We also went into Pacific City for lunch, and enjoyed a beach walk from the state park parking area in Neskowin. Fun to see Proposal Rock from two perspectives over the weekend! I recommend a stay here! And we will be back!!!!"

"Great long weekend! View is perfect. When the sun goes down the pool table is a perfect place to show the kids a thing or two. Hot tub view can’t be beat. The trail a couple houses down has great beach access and the cave around the corner is very cool. We left skim boards at home given the temps but the water between tides would have been perfect. "

"We were unable to get in contact with the owners and didn't receive the home access code until 8:35 pm at night, by which time we had decided to find other accommodations. I spent the entire 2 1/2 drive to the beach trying to reach the owners, calling numbers that rang forever, and calling VRBO customer service and trying to send bank screen shots to prove that we made our payment, and an paying extra fee for I'm not even sure what. I was in tears by the time we made it to Lincoln City. Because VRBO was also unable to reach the owners, VRBO offered to refund our hotel stay for the evening."

"Gorgeous location and comfortable home -Neskowin Beach Vacations and host Grey Fox made it a great trip! Well-stocked kitchen; lots of books, games and puzzles; fun game room. Quiet and peaceful beach. Spacious house, the living room and hot tub have a great view. King bed has a very firm mattress. Would love a mattress topper option for that bed in the future. No shampoo or conditioner in the house but otherwise well stocked with soap, towels, etc. "

"Amazing location and great communication from property management company. Decently well stocked house (needs more shampoo/conditioner) and great beach access. While it is steep, they installed a rope and our kids loved it.We would definitely come back again!"
