"This was definitely a unique stay. It will not be a high end fancy experience, but it is exactly what you would expect and hope for from a small Mom and Pop Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff went above and beyond to help us plan out our one day stay, with where to eat, local attractions, and where specifically to park when going to the beach. They were so helpful and helped us to meet all of our needs."

"Second time here, amazing view and kids have so much fun in the pool. The drive way though is very steep and has a bump so low cars will hit the road, even if you park on the right side as suggested by post. We had a truck and a tesla. Apparently there is no street parking as when we asked the property management if we could park in the street across from drive way, (there are no ,no parking signs) their suggestion was to park down town by the brewery which is 1.7 miles down the road. Other than that its a beautiful place."

"We loved our stay at Shorty’s. The kitchen was well stocked, which we appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved being able to walk out the back door, down a small hill and be on the beach. There were sand toys in the garage that are kids enjoyed. Pacific City is a great spot to get away from the city, and Shorty’s was conveniently located to good restaurants in town. We were able to see other parts of the coast and go on some hikes without driving too long. This house is a great home base for a lovely time along the coast."
