"5 star view. 0 to 3 stars for the rest. This home needs someone to care for it. It has lots of potential but the owners have let it fall apart. Here are some pros and cons.Pro : Large living area with views of the ocean, great for large family.Con: the house needs a deep clean, carpets are filthy and water stained, furniture is wore but doable. House is slanted towards the ocean so walking around was like walking through a fun house.Pro: large deck with great views, the sunsets were amazing.Con: The deck is wore and should have some boards replaced, I wouldn’t trust the railing to much.Pro: home has lots of sleeping spaceCon: the beds are old and king bed is really hard.Pro: has a large kitchen with most of your needs,(we ate in town mostly)Con: ant traps on kitchen counter, bring bottled water as the water from the tap is horrible.Pro: Is pet friendly as we have a little pup that likes to travel with us.Con: the front yard was all overgrown weeds and the back was blackberry bushes.Pro: Ad stated that driveway could park 4 carsCon. driveway is a 45 degree angle which is impossible for you to open and close doors without using a lot of strength.The garbage can was full upon arrival, the door code is really long so getting in can be a little troubling.I’d thought I had read the reviews before booking, I probably would have thought twice if I looked a little closer. All in all it was a family vacation, we walked the beach, played games,made the best of it."
