Das Team an der Rezeption war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich und hilfsbereit, außerdem waren diese beiden, die Dame und der Gentlemen 24 Stunden im Dienst, so schien es. Restaurant Chef beim Frühstück Sonntag war charming kooperativ und gab den Tipp mit dem Wildpark in Aurach, der sehenswert ist. Grandiose Lage. Das Hotel mitten in der Kitzbühler Altstadt ein Traum. Nicht gefallen hat uns, die leeren Cocktailgläser vom Vorabend auch am nächsten Morgen noch da waren, das Licht im Bad immer wieder aus und an ging, das Wasser aus dem Hahn am Becken in alle Richtungen spritze Aber das hat unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan

Located at the center of Kitzbuhel this charming hotel has all the amenities for a short stay and steps away from the ski slopes. Great staff that goes out of their ways to make you feel at home. Excellent Spa and great restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

A “gem” in the middle of town...

Hotel right in centre of town, very comfortable and professionally run. great “traditional” atmosphere and delicious and healthy breakfasts etc. Five nights in a very well run establishment and very comfortable room overlooking the painted houses and street. So kind staff and nice hotel!

I was really satisfied. Especially the staff, Tina, she was really nice. When I made a stupid mistake with booking two ski schools at the same day, she tried a lot to solve it and finally she did it for me. I think it was so annoying. But she kept being so kind with smiling. Thank you, Tina! My review is a little bit late. I still appreciate you helped. Thank you very much. And breakfast was so nice. The view with being able to see the mountain with snow was also nice. If I go to Kitzbuhel, I'll stay here again!

Kitzbühel ski trip

Overall, our stay was very nice. The hotel is perfectly situated in the pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff and service was very good, and they were always helpful to us, whether it was the car parking, hotel amenities,etc. The buffet breakfast is also excellent and very well stocked. Our room was also very nice and clean, but the bathroom was a disappointment. The shower leaked onto the floor and into the main room due to lack of a plastic stripping in the glass shower frame. However the staff promptly fixed it after we requested a repair. The other issue in the bathroom was the lighting. One row of lights were out so we called for a repair. They promptly fixed it but the lights went out again the next day, likely to an electrical glitch. The last comment is regarding the hot tubs. We always look forward to them on every ski trip, but the hotel hot tubs were out of service for our entire stay. Needless to say...a disappointment. All things considered we would stay here again, but do some due diligence of hotel amenities and our room before checking in.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es bräuchte dringend eine Auffrischung. Es fehlte an ganz vielen Kleinigkeiten, die so ein Hotel aufblühen lassen und charmant machen. Nur ein paar wenige Mitarbeiter im Service/Hotel waren überhaupt bemüht, den Gast willkommen zu heißen und ihn sich im Hotel wohlfühlen lassen!! Ein Tablet mit Essensresten stand gefühlt 24 Stunden im Flur vorm Lift bevor es entsorgt wurde. Neben unserem Zimmereingang stand für einen Tag und eine Nacht ein großer Wäschekorb mit frischen Handtüchern, etc....

My third stay in this hotel, not my last! Great hotel right in the middle of the charming town center. The property is in a traditionally Tyrolean style. Charming lounge on the second floor. Rooms in traditional wooden style. Staff always smiling. Great breakfast buffet. All in all a highly recommended hotel in Kitzbühel
