Great stay!

This was a last minute booking, and I am very glad I chose the hotel. Everyone was so attentive and happy to help and the attention to detail was fantastic. I was travelling solo this time, but I'll be back with the family would love the facilities

Most important thing to note which Expedia did not highlight is that they have a full board solution at a whopping £150 pp and no a la carte menu meaning it's impossible to order any food unless you pay a fortunte for a family. In the end they were accomodating for us but tricky for the future. Staff is Ok (a bit of attitude when we asked for service) but for a 4 star hotel it's rather basic: Pool was too cold, towels in the bathroom are small for an adult, dining room chaotic, needs upkeep - some cracks in the bathroom shelves, no coffee in the room, gym is tiny (no more than 1 person can work out in there), no shuttle service (difficult for foreigners without a car), and absolutely everything is charged extra (including the ice skates for the ice rink). We had a lovely time but feel that we were overcharged for the hotel.

Wir haben in dem Hotel tolle 10 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern verbracht. Für Kinder ist das Hotel mit seinen vielen Spielbereichen ideal. Da kommt man auch als Eltern zur Ruhe :) Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein besonderes Hotel mit sehr nettem Service

Wir haben als kinderloses Paar aufgrund der idealen Lage und ein bisschen aus der Not heraus das Lisi Hotel gebucht - Hotel und Verpflegung sind prima, Spa und Poolbereich tiptop sauber und die Verpflegung tadellos. Das Schönste war der wunderbare und sehr nette Service - wir werden wiederkommen

Great for children

We had an amazing time staying at the Lisi hotel it is really top class for a family holiday, lots of thought to how you can keep your children happy and the staff are very accommodating. There is a massive soft play area and some smaller break out areas for the children, even the toilets have seats and steps to help with the little ones. The room was a good size and had everything we needed too.

Excellent family holiday, the hotel is very good for kids and adults, well worth going, but if you don’t hire a car make sure you budget for taxis ( approx 15-20 euros) to go into Kitzbühel, Some very good restaurants in Reith only 5-10 min walk.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Wir waren zum Skifahren gekommen, waren in 10 Minuten an der Gondel und konnten abends nach dem Skifahren unsere Skischuhe und Skier im Hotel deponieren und dann ganz entspannt in den Pool bzw. die Sauna gehen. Der Service war super und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr schön und vielseitig. Allgemein gesagt war es ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Leider, bis auf den letzten 24 Stunden, schwierige Verständigung wegen fehlender deutschkenntnisse des Personals. Für Gäste ohne deutschkenntnisse gelten keine Saunaregeln oder Badeordung. Der Fitnessraum einwenig klein und mit Stolperfallen der Elektrokabel. Die Suite war in der Größe gut, doch das ausziehbare Sofa, leider ohne Federkernmatratze sehr hart. Nach der Suche beim Schlafsofa nach der Steckdose gab es nur Staub und Dreck dahinter. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, alles vorhanden oder bestellbar. Preis/ Leistung für die vielen Sterne nicht haltbar. Ist die Frage ob alle Hotels der Harischgruppe so geführt werden.
