The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The amenities were great. Beautiful spa, close to the ski mountains and walkable downtown. The only complaint was poor WiFi connections.

Rooms were great. Ski bus literally drops off across the street. Restaurant was very good. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for skiing

Delivered beyond expectation, great service and hotel! The room was clean and nicely decorated with a balcony that had a great view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and a great breakfast service with really well made hot options cooked to order. The hotel has recently renovated its wellness area and it now has 4 different kinds of saunas with some other neat features sprinkled in. Which felt great to use after a long day of skiing. On the topic of skiing, the bus stop to the lifts is just outside the hotel which was really convenient. We rented skiis from sportrudi and kept our gear in the hotel ski room which worked great. The hotel restaurant was so good that we ate there multiple nights, which usually isn't our experience with hotel restaurants. All in all, a very pleasant experience that we absolutely can recommend and would do again. That we got a free room upgrade was just a cherry on top of the already great experience.

Perfect location! Free parking. The bus stop going to the slopes right in front of the entrance. Ski rental next door. Best restaurant in town (expencive). Great stuff, will do everything in their power to meet your needs

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas ausgebaut werden. (Mehr Obst, Wurst usw.) Aber im ganzen war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Wir waren am Ende der Sommersaison in Kirchberg. Unter diesem Aspekt kann man das Frühstück als ausreichend bezeichnen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist wie im Westen Österreich üblich mit viel Holz. Das Zimmer war sauber, ein Mangel in der Dusche ( an der Duschtür war die Wasserlippe gerissen und dadurch ständig eine Wasserlacke nach dem Duschen) trübte dass ansonsten gute Bild.

Super god bar!

Hotellet var super, i forhold til beliggenhed og indretning. Baren om aften var suuuper god. De 2 bartender var meget underholdene, og havde helt styr på drinksene, med bl.a. orangeskum og hjerter på drinksene.
