"Greg and Jan were extremly welcoming and accomodating. We enjoyed the facilities and the star gazing. Beautiful slice of paradise. The morning hampers delivered for a fresh brekfast each morning were delicious. Was sad to go home. "
"The property was lovely, clean with a beautiful outlook and garden, the only thing the bed was very hard, and another shelf in the bathroom would make it easier for placement of items. "
"Pros: Quiet, 3 mins walk to Hyams beach, had all the amenities you need, tap/shower head at the front of the house for you to wash off any sand before you go into the house.
Cons: Musty smell around the house, drawers and blinds were very dirty, couldn't use the beautiful bathtub as water leaked to the downstairs room. Have notified the agents."

"The house was well equipped and very spacious. The upstairs back verandah has a nice view, gets a cool breeze and was a place the whole family spent a lot of time. I would strongly recommend this house for a family holiday."
"6 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 9 stayed in the house. It is roomy and has 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. On the river with a jetty for fishing. It is a 12 minute flat walk to the shops and cafes. There are 3 levels with stairs up to 4 of the bedrooms and down to the 5th bedroom and out to the outside sitting area. The information on what is supplied is not very clear. We understood that we needed to bring doonas and covers and pillow cases for for all beds, as well as towels. When we arrived some were made up and others were not. There was no gas in the gas bottles for the bbq, which we found out as we were trying to cook dinner for 8 people. The utensils provided were minimal and over all for the price we felt that little effort was made for our comfort. The next door neighbors dog which is a pit bull had free run of our back yard which was concerning even though he seemed friendly enough, but if you were scared of dogs it would not be ideal. This property could be improved with a bit of hospitality and better information on what to bring. For the money we felt that towels could have been provided also. "
