This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Outer Banks vacation rental with Coastal Industrial inspired decor gives you the most beautiful ocean views, from all three bedrooms, and so much more. The garage area is a dedicated area for entertainment purposes. It's a place where guests can gather for fun, relaxation, and engage in various recreational pursuits, such as playing games or watching TV.

Located in Kitty Hawk, OCTIPI Your SenSEAS is close to great local dining, shopping, and things to do. A short walk will bring you to Black Pelican, a historic landmark on the OBX with tasty meals as well! Longboards Island Grill, Stack'em High, and Hurricane Mo's are also close by as well. Plus, you'll have access to the Sea Dunes townhomes community amenities like the community pool, hot tub, and tennis court. The beach is a quick walk across the road, giving you and your family endless days soaking up the Outer Banks sun and splashing in the surf!

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Kitty Hawk by the beach

Very nice condo at the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. Especially with the huge waves from Ernesto. Close walk to beach and lovely pool. Has everything we needed.

Great Times at OBX

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had the best week at Octipi Your SenSEAS. We booked on fairly short notice, and are so happy we did! The property was clean, welcoming, and had lots of great natural light. The wifi was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck on the top level and the one off the master bedroom. The walk to the beach just can't be beat - just a few steps and you're on the sand! The location was perfect, right on the beach road and also close to lots of great places on Croatan Highway. We had fun playing the trivia game that was in the rental. Meals out were Pigmans, Owens, La Fogata, Captain George's, I've Got Your Crabs, Ladles, and The Spot for acai bowls. We enjoyed all of them!!! The highlight of our week was my brother and his girlfriend getting engaged on the beach right in front of the house. It's a week we'll never forget!!

Outer Banks Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our first Outer Banks vacation. This townhome was very clean and one of the easiest walks to the beach. You have access right across the street and have ocean views from both balconies. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need including a coffee pot that brew both a full pot and k-cups. My kids loved the multi-levels and access to the pool table in the garage. The garage was convenient with a washer and dryer and easy to store the beach gear. The community itself was friendly with a very clean pool that allowed pool toys and drinks. The only thing to be aware of is you will be responsible for any types of beach necessities. We purchased chairs, tents, boards. Also all cleaning supplies, spices, etc...This was something we read and were prepared for but weren't use to from our previous vacations outside of outer banks. Overall, I would recommend this property and we had a great stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and you can see the ocean really well from inside. It’s very clean and they have everything you need for cooking. Super spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not worth what we paid. We met others in the same complex with similar properties that were paying half what we were. The owners need to take more responsibility in the property and evaluate the situation! The master bathroom needs remodeled completely (toilet is not any good). The problem overall was too expensive and not clean.
