  • With unobstructed ocean views, this classic Outer Banks cottage is just for you. Newly remodeled in 2015 with vaulted ceiling, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. This charmer brings back the old days of family trips to the beach and just for the beach! With unmatched ocean views, from the sun deck, the hours will pass by slowly as you are drifted away by the tranquil waves splashing on the awaiting beach.

The Beach Barn was exactly what we were looking for - just two of us, dog-friendly and directly on the beach. It has all of the amenities we need, is very comfy, has a fabulous deck and allows us to bring our very well-behaved furry family member. We love it and plan to stay here again next summer!

We arrived to an immaculate house (no bugs at all contrary to a previous review). The view is everything and the best therapy i know. We love this house because it is clean with a great view but also lived in and not too fussy so we can actually relax. Our pup loves it as well. Will be back next year for sure.

My back is killing me and I was forced to try to sleep on the window seat. My husband does not have any issues with his back and was in pain also. We did pay the renewal for next year but vacation is not fun when you are in pain and can barely walk.

Despite being there during humberto and imelda and not getting to enjoy sitting on the deck as much as usual because of the winds we love being there. Our pup loves being there as well. We read the book with the detailed history of the home and we felt blessed to spend our time at this wonderful place.
