The Space:

Welcome to Happy Place, where vacation fun meets total comfort and convenience! From the inside to outside, every element of your stay is perfectly curated for the utmost enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with items the chef of your group can use to whip up delicious meals, which you can all enjoy together in the dining area. The great room has impressive vaulted ceiling, allowing plenty of Carolina sunshine in, while also offering a cozy spot to relax and watch a movie in the evenings. There are 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, and 2 rooms with queen bunks), all of which have private ensuite full bathrooms, ensuring the most convenience for every member of your group. If you must work while on vacation, we have a large dedicated workspace and desk available so you don't have to set up shop in your bedroom!



Indoor entertainment abounds, from the space for movies, to an indoor bar, to the game room with air hockey and pool. The competitive members of your group will love challenging each other in tournaments, while those who are more relaxed can observe with a drink! The enclosed porch offers a beautiful spot for coffee in the morning, or reading a good book while enjoying the fresh air without sunburn.



Stepping outside will open up a world of amenities! Take a dip in the sparkling saltwater pool, or relax into the hot tub after a day at the beach. The fire pit is a great spot for exchanging stories and watching the sun go down. Some kayaks and paddleboards are available for you to take out to the sound or on the canal, which we highly recommend doing! The boardwalk in dock in the backyard are private to the house, so you can enjoy the quiet tranquility and utmost privacy. Two outdoor showers help keep the home comfortably sand free after a beach day, and there's room for 5+ cars to park.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)

Southern Shores is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
