  • This is a Hotel style stay .
    Arecently built Duplex house, the room is on the second floor with the view to the back yard very bright and shiny. The 4 pieces private bathroom is next to the room.
    It has a beautiful double-size bed and the mattress is top-of-the-line and offers comfortable sheets and a warm blanket, a mini fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee maker, a desk, and an office chair perfect for working remotely.
    Towels and cleaning products are available. Enjoy your stay with free bottled water, tea, and coffee in your room.
    The entire house is smoke and pet free, well-maintained, highly clean, and tidy. The room has a lock to maintain privacy.

The host was great, very communicative, and supportive . The room was very clean. There was a trail and pond in the neighborhoods, Close to Macdonald's and other amenities. I really recommend

Nikoo is a great host!

Nikoo is warm, welcoming, personable and professional. The room is lovely and the overall experience was very nice. Would recommend to anyone travelling solo who is looking for a comfortable bed and reliable wifi. Location is not walking distance to restaurants or shops (which was ok for me) but it is very close (2 ish blocks) to walking trails, a pond and conservation area. A huge plus for me!!

The owner was very mean from the first minute of arrival. Very rude, refused to give back the extra charges. Charged extra fee for an additional guest $25, services fee 52$ and cleaning 25$. Which service then there wasn’t an additional guest but she refused to give back the money. She was so rude when asked for refund

simple, clean, fine for a couple nights

Clean, good location, supplies were what I needed (fridge, towels). Upstairs room in a house, down the hall from what I think was the primary bedroom, and I had to go out in the hall to access the bathroom. I get up frequently during the night and I wasn't sure if I was quiet enough. Street parking was written in the description and it turned out fine, but there was no designated spots, so I could have ended up parking further away than I liked . Coming back at the end of the day, I was uncertain where I would be parking. Evening snack was nice.
