"This was our very first time booking on this type of platform so we were a little apprehensive of the unknown. We were looking for something close to downtown Kitchener because we were coming to attend the Blues Festival. The unit was exactly as stated and expected. The check in process for the key pickup was at a location about a 10 minute drive away which at first was a little concerning but went smoothly and again exactly as instructed. I would stay here again."

"Great place to stay. Only a couple minor things. 1 the parking spaces were not measured when they made them. So if you get in assigned certain spots and drive an SUV or equivalent you may not fit, just park in visitor parking if thats the case. The only other thing was there was 2 pans for cooking but no pots or skillets to use on the stove top. We didnt need them but those are my suggestions to elevate the space a little more."

"Why had a really great time in the apartment which is in a converted industrial complex. It’s very convenient for all the restaurant, bars and walking around Stratford. Our plan was to park the car and walk everywhere which we did very easily. "
