Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka.

Nice room, although compact but not tiny. Comfy beds and nice quality linens. Polite staff. We didn't take the breakfast option, but we had a small fridge & kettle in the room to make our morning coffee. Nice central location.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very good - clean room - A++breakfast. Please get Bfast with room. So good. Staff brilliant. 5 min walk to Dotanbory - thousands of eating places and shopping. Great high end stores. Train station is u see the hotel. Amazing place. Love this hotel.
