"The hotel itself is excellent! We loved our stay. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty. Only downside is there aren’t many amenities within walking distance besides a little tourist area. There is easy access to the local bus if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes going into town. "

Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!"

"They were able to accommodate a last minute booking. Rooms were large for Japanese standard and the free breakfast was better than some we've paid for (eggs, ham, curry, soup, drinks). Would stay here again."
