This is very nice home that has been resently renovated and is homely and inviting. Owner operators are very friendly and genuinely provide a balance of service and company. Kissimmee has a country town fell.

We enjoyed our stay here with the bedroom and extra space for the couch and desk area. Not much to do in walking distance (especially in the heat) for families, if I don’t have a car uber is best and also uber eats. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water but provides ‘snacks’ in afternoons. Swimming pool ok, could be a bit more cleaner… but ok. Breakfast is great.

Fantastic place for our 3 weeks for 4 in a 2 bed place. Had 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen with dishwasher and own laundry. Great staff and easy location to all Disney and Universal at a fraction of the cost of their properties. Apartment was huge and plenty of space. Only cleaned once a week but this was fine as we are used to doing it ourselves and also felt much less intrusive and could just "feel at home".

Great to stay at a hotel this close to WDW that has great food, terrific coffee, tremendous staff and fantastic rooms. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great free breakfast: savoury and sweet options. Free freshly baked cookies from 4pm-10pm!
Room was clean and had all the amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Air conditioning is good in the roomZ Lighting in room not very bright, only lamps and wall sconces but not a problem.
24 hour laundry service is handy, although the soap machine wasn’t working. However, CVS is only a walk away.
Close to iHop and Arby’s.
Easy to get picked up by RideShare vehicles.
