"We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The meals were truly exceptional and among the most special dining experiences we had during our trip. "We lived our stay at this very authentic ryokan like hotel. The staff were generous and kind, we were able to book the private onsen for a very reasonable price to accommodate our tattoos and our family going together. The half board was delicious. This is not a luxury stay so much as a real Japanese cultural experience and we had a great time as a family of four USA folk with teens."

"From the very start to the very finish of our stay, my family and I felt so very welcomed. The hotel was extremely clean and orderly. This particular hotel is very cozy. The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel after a long day of hiking and sightseeing."
