The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with lots of little things that make a real difference - really big fluffy towels you can wrap all round you, amazing comfy bed, cosy dressing gowns and slippers to use for the spa. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The pool water was cold (definitely not 27°C as stated). Breakfast was sometimes busy, and we had to wait for a table until one became available. Besides that, everything was fine.
