"I stayed here for one night, the hotel is very old and disgusting. The carpet from the entrance to the room including the elevator has not been vacuumed in a while. The lamp by the night stand was not working and the amenities in the room are old to say the least. Honestly, I considered leaving but it was already very late and I had an early morning flight, so for the 5 hours of sleep I was going to get, I ended up staying, but if I had arrived in the afternoon, I would have cancelled my reservation here."

" I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was never cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing. My daughter also broke out in what appear to be bed bug bites after sleeping in the bed. In addition, the bathroom sink was not properly maintained—the nozzle was coming off, and whenever you turned the water on it would move and spray. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room were unacceptable."

"The actual hotel is gorgeous. The staff was very passive aggressive and dismissive. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very hard vehicle to get in and out of for people with disabilities. When we were checking out I called down to ask for the shuttle as instructed. I was rudely told that “you better hurry or you’ll get left. We actually ended up taking an uber to the airport. Frankly I exported more from a Marriott property. I would probably not book here again. "
