"Beyond faded to dilapidated grandeur. Gruff Yorkshire welcome. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. When I reported this it was dismissed as we don’t allow smoking. Carpet dirty. Paint chipped. Wifi worse than dial up. Poor telephone signal. Fawlty towers without the humour."
