"Such a shame- could have been 5 star!! Internally the room was great, very comfortable and modern BUT from outside looked dreadful- dirty windows, dead window boxes and number missing from the door. Was very inconvenient, having to go out and buy tea & coffee ( I had asked before we travelled and was assured it was provided.) I draw the line at having to buy loo roll !! Attention to detail needed!"

The kitchenette was really useful and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away if you don’t want to go out for a meal. Access via code was really easy and there was plenty of parking close by. My messages were answered quickly and I was provided with all the information I needed in advance of our arrival. We will definitely be back next till we are in the area "

"I had an accesable room which was brilliant. Everything was to hand and it was so comfortable and cosy as well as being very clean. The wet room made such a difference and was very large. I loved being able to open the windows. The views were amazing and I was able to sit on a bench and watch the Tweed roll by. A visit to Dryburgh Abbey was lovely with lots of seating areas. The staff were wonderful and anything I asked for was never a problem. The food was wonderfull too."
