"This how is an old home that was fixed to look lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms in the main house. Loved the separate kid space which doesn't have bedrooms but two twin lofts with ladders so if you have little kids this probably won't work for you. My teen girls loved having the separate space. "The home is great. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating, and quickly responsive to questions- they even gave food recommendations. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the heart of Amish country. The neighborhood is not great for walking, but there are sidewalks directly adjacent to the house, and you can walk safely around the block. We found hiking trails at Money Rocks County Park in the Welsh Mountains (about 30 minutes) that we did not try... yet. And we found a wonderful park within 5 minutes...

This is a cute, quaint home with an ideal location for doing things around Lancaster and surrounding smaller towns. In the evenings we would sit out in the front yard and watch the sunset as the horse and buggies would pass by. "Everything in the other rave reviews is true! House is immaculate, baths are elegant, Brian is friendly and responsive, kitchen great for lots of cooking, loved having one table for all 16 of us. We enjoyed the games (volleyball, pool, etc.) and hot tub and pool and the trains (especially my son with ASD!) VERY valuable to us were having a bedroom and bathroom that required no stairs, reliable wi-fi despite having approximately one bazillion devices connected to it, and the awesome deck...

"My sister, mother, husband and kids recently traveled to PA to visit Gettysburg, Philly and Hershey. This house was centrally located and made all of our day trips very easy. It's minutes away from the largest buffet you can image, which made for a fun breakfast outing! Nice home, clean and in a quite area."

But, if you plan on cooking, and not just a simple reheat, then this isn't your place. It's not really set up for that.
