Not only pet friendly but has an orthopedic bed for the dog and treats and toys. Surrounding the casita is nothing but beautiful views. Much more amenities. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Birdsong Retreat, nestled just minutes from Patagonia Lake. We stayed in the Hummingbird Casita, which was cozy, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature — the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life.Robin, the owner and host, was exceptional. Warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful touches — from fresh eggs to locally sourced snacks (many made by her!) — made our stay even more special.One of our favorite experiences was enjoying morning coffee while wandering the walking labyrinth, a peaceful and meditative way to start the day. The close proximity to Patagonia Lake made it easy for us to raft and enjoy the stunning mountain birdlife.And we can’t forget the infinity hot tub — an especially terrific way to unwind and take in the dramatic monsoon evenings. "The only thing we didn’t like was that check-in is 4:00pm, too late, and check-out is 10:00am, too early. Other than that it was an excellent experience."

"This property needs to be reached by a high clearance all terrain vehicle. Not one precaution or warning listed while deciding on this non refundable listing. 30 miles plus of unpaved roads in to this home is not mentioned anywhere in the listing’s description. Our Easter weekend trip was ruined due to misrepresentation of this property. Half of our party want able to make it because it’s too risky to chance reaching it let alone finding it"

"The adobe cottage was amazing...historic, peaceful, and charming throughout. Taking coffee on the patio every morning was a real treat. The neighborhood was very quiet, making it a tranquil place to stay in the small, but charming, town of Patagonia."
