Guest house only uses swamp cooler and AC wall unit in Queen bedroom. We provide fans. With monsoon rains, it’s too humid to use swamp cooler. Cottage is priced to reflect the heat.

Nestled on 37 acres within BirdSong Retreat, the Kestrel Cottage is one of three guest houses inviting you to explore the untouched beauty of this remarkable area. Our aim is to provide you with an elevated vacation experience, offering luxurious and cozy accommodations designed with your holistic well-being in focus: mind, body, and spirit.

The Kestrel and Hummingbird Casita are closest in proximity to each other. Under the same roof, but separated by the Yoga/bonus Room. Our RoadRunner Guesthouse is the most private. Nestled away from all other guest quarters, with its own private outdoor space and cowboy pool.

Children under 12 are not allowed.

NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site with their 4 dogs and other vacation rentals are on-site; other guests may be present during your stay. We give you complete privacy but welcome good conversation.
