The spacious open-plan living area is bright and inviting, offering lake views from the living room. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, a cozy wood fireplace, and electric heaters in each bedroom.
Step outside to a large deck with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining while overlooking the fully fenced backyard—a safe and secure space for kids to play. Just 72 steps from the lake, you can easily enjoy swimming, kayaking, or peaceful lakeside walks. The Kinloch Marina is just at the end of the street, making it effortless to launch the boat or enjoy a day by the water.

Room Configuration - Upstairs - Bedroom 1 (master): 1 x Super King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed Downstairs - Bedroom 3: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split in to 2 x King Single Beds upon request) Bedroom 4: 1 x Single over Double Bunk Bed + 2 x King Single Beds
If you require Bedroom 3's bed to be split, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. The garage is locked and not accessible for guest use.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
