"Wonderful location, beautiful hotel. Coffee shop on site was wonderful and views from the 40th floor are incredible. Hotel does get pretty busy so waiting for an elevator can be a challenge. but overall wonderful."

"The hotel was too busy and the Lobby was always crowded. The room is too small for a double twin beds room and there isn’t a safety box in our room.. The breakfast was over priced and there are no compliments such as free juice, coffee or tea during the day. The location is quite convenient."

"Had a great stay! I would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka. Loved the convenience of the metro station being right outside the hotel door and a decent commute to all the notable locations like Dotombori or even USJ. Traveling to Kyoto wasn’t bad either. 45-55mins on the metro. Staff came in and cleaned everyday which I thought it as every 3 days but it helped the room stay in order while we were out on tours."
