Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean . However was very tired and need of a freshen up. Could not turn shower off so had to be moved rooms. Second room lock was a bit fishy and needed lots of pulling/pushing to secure locking

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial. Although on arrival we thought the exterior looked tired and was worried about what the interior would be like. Hotel Indigo Torquay by IHG
Really lovely hotel and location, staff helpful, would be nice to have access to a gym or pool. Was told by a local that the hotel doesn’t allow locals to use the bar / restaurant which seems a shame
