"The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered."

"Lovely little house, location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us.
All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

"We had a good short stay, however no good for someone who has mobility and transfer issues facilities as stairs are steep and no hand rails to upper floors - not appropriate for older adults. No hairdryer in room. Balcony terrace wonderful if out wet. Instructions for rubbish disposal was confusing however there was an option to leave inside door due to seagulls. We perhaps wouldn't stay again. "

"The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. You cannot be in that room without the windows open and spraying air...

"Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed .
Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth.
Apartment very well equipped and modern .
Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ?
Will certainly be back again 😊"
"What a beautiful apartment with amazing views and a balcony, well equipped spotless and comfortable, my only slight complaint was that the car parking facility which we required wasnt clear until we got there, not having been to Dartmouth before , we could only unload at the property which then were steps down to the apartment, we had to park down in the town in the Mayors avenue car park then we didnt realise we needed the permit that was back in the apartment, so we had to drive back up to find it and then drive back down. We completely understood the reason for it being this way with the lack of parking, and although the car was a mile down the road,,once we got our head around it, it was fine, my mom was actually having to use a stick to walk unfortunately as she typically had a bit of sciatica, but she managed the walk up and down into the town slowly, but i think this needs making more clear before booking, it did all work out for us and we had a fab time and would stay there again, but definitely not at peak times as the car park would be very busy and difficult to get a space im sure."
"We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear! We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little boltholeParking is available in some of the higher roads just a few minutes (but a steep climb) walk"
