"When we finally arrived, we were given a room that was on the 2nd floor the elevator that was out. I am disabled and it was pretty hard to get up the stairs. The bed was extremely hard and there was people running up-and-down the hallways and overhead in the rooms above us. Also, people were beating on the walls. So it was hard to sleep with all the noise. The rooms had been recently renovated, but the beds were hard."

"With a cup of coffee and juice in hand from the grab-n-go breakfast area, along with some fruit, we returned to the nicely appointed suite and kitchenette to make our own fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff, clean suite, and a good value. Kudos!"

They were renovating the reception area, I think they need to do the rooms first. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned. Never again. This place is bringing down the DoubleTree reputation. "
