"Stayed for one night and it was a great place for an anniversary getaway. The views and grounds were beautiful. Our cottage was cozy and perfect. We were able to charge our EV vehicle overnight which was very helpful. The sauna experience was nice and the Pavillion restaurant was excellent."

"We had a wonderful stay! Communication in advance and during was excellent. The listing was accurate - spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen and living. Everything was clean -and linens were nice. Washer/dryer is in the garage, which is accessible through the hallway. The location is excellent as well. It was a hot summer visit and bugs were minimal & not a concern. The location is fabulous. All areas of Kingston are cute and convenient. We had great coffee and ice cream and were bummed we didn't get a chance to try Calcutta Kitchen. So many places are easily accessible as well... Red Hook and Rhinebeck are quick trips. We checked out Catskill and a separate trip to Minnewaska State Park. It's all beautiful & Kingston people were friendly. (And I got to see fireflies for the first time!) Thanks for a fantastic trip!"

"We had a wonderful toi-même in this lovely home. Everything was perfect. The town is lovely. So interesting and so much history as well. Best 2 days. We hope to come back here. Very soon "

"The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I would stay again but be aware that the train is very close and loud. The homeowners do provide sound machines in each. Broom but I’d you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. A fire station is also close by."

"We loved the place and the location - lots of good restaurants and shops in walking distance, and an easy drive to other parts of town. Check in and out was very easy, and Rebecca was very good with communications. The kitchen was well stocked and cooking/grilling is a great option. The tv is huge! Great for watching world cup soccer. All in all, a great visit."

"This place was great. It’s HUGE! Very modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and convenient location. My only (very small) complaint is that the floors were really creaky. I shared this rental with a friend and I was afraid the sound of me walking to the bathroom would wake her up. It’s a minor thing but was quite noticeable. All in all great stay."
