"BEAUTIFUL property, incredible views from every room. Amazing staff. Truly 1000/10 experience and would come back. "

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."

"This is more of a B&B vibe and I am absolutely all for it!!! Amazing host and accommodations. Very private cabins with plenty of amenities and the view is beautiful of the late and mountains! Will absolutely be staying here again."

"Beautiful place. Great location. Great view. Loved cheeseboard and wine."

"Beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Fortunately I had 2 nights out of 3 with no one in the adjacent cottage, as you are quite aware of the neighbours noise and movements The cottages are basic for the cost. Loved the spa amenity - amazing place to sit and relax I really enjoyed the wine tasking, thank you."

"Perfect budget friendly accommodation and conveniently located."

"Everything a boutique hotel should be--enthusiastic staff, comfortable rooms and a great location. No complaints at all."

"It’s my 2nd year in a row staying at Pinewood and I would absolutely go back again. Facilities are clean and easy to use, staff are very kind and helpful! Kitchen is clean and you can always find what is needed. Thank you for another great stay Pinewood"
