I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The entire staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Tatiana at the front desk is a highly professional and most pleasant staff to work with. Patrick at the bar is the people’s favorite, he is patient and courteous. Martain, the Bell-man alway carries a pleasant smile on his face, which represents the unspoken word, “welcome”. Last but not least, Mrs Powell and Mr. Franklin are two managers who understand the importance of making their guests comfortable, and ensure the guests are treated well during their stay at the hotel. Overall, the rooms are spacious with great decor and well made up beds with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet carries a variety food to choose from. The staff in general are always attentive and ensure the guests are treated well. KUDOS TO COURTLEIGH HOTEL & SUITES!! Ms Fields, Atlanta Georgia

This property is like a quiet safe Heaven hidden in Kingston Jamaica. With my tourism background it’s the best hotel in the Kingston area of Jamaica

Perfect location in uptown Kingston 30 mins from the airport, super welcoming and helpful staff, well equipped and clean gym, lovely reception and lounge area bedrooms were fine as well, not much on the downside I would say the breakfast hot selection could have been a bit warmer.

I love everything about the Property. From the upkeep of the compound to the house keeping, the butlers, the waiters. Everything was smooth and very clean. Breakfast was never the same, there was always a variation every day. Courtleigh did right by me. Little time to wait for the elevators which was always open at main level.That was super cool.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtleigh Hotel. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was tasty- We stayed at this hotel to attend the Jamaica Carnival and we could view the road March from the comfort of our room.

Let me start by saying, look somewhere else! Went for carnival and they charge me for the towel and washcloth I use to wash off the paint… MONEY HUNGRY…. Penny wise and pound foolish. For one there was no agreement of that…. Breakfast is trash…. The staff is uninterested and have a don’t care attitude. TAKE MY ADVISE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! How can you charge for a washcloth that has been use a million times? For one it’s water paint and it washes off. Two if you not washing these towels in bleach or a big industrial machine I’m concerned to use them.

Didn’t like how stuffy the room was, air vent needed to be cleaned out. Shower did not function properly.

Like the proximity to restaurants, park, banks, and shopping option. Room was big and spacious. Didn't like that there was construction on my floor so you would smell paint when exit the room.

Staff very friendly at checkin. Immediately upgraded to a suite. Only downside was not having a coffee maker in the room. Restaurant had great menu selections. Bar at poolside provided several selections of tea at our requests. Would highly recommend this place.

I not only stayed at the property on February 8th. I also stayed on February 6th and 7th. We had a wonderful time. The staff were amazing, helpful, professional and friendly. From the managers, the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, chefs, dining room staff, everywhere went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation experience. The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites was perfect. The staff were very friendly and also professional. They make you feel at home and went out of their way to accommodate. We had a wonderful time. The Breakfast chef Nico made to order what we wanted. The Dinner chef as well. The managers Ms. Powell and Ms. Reynolds assured our needs were met. The staff, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Natlie, Ms. Donnett, Ms. Clardene, and all the other Staff in the dinning room, the front desk, house keeping and concierge was amazing. I will definitely return to the Courtleigh very soon. Thank you all far a memorable vacation.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Jamaica. Definitely worth your money. Customer Service is top-tier at this hotel and the food is delicious. I prefer this hotel over the next-door. They are very friendly and I feel extremely welcome.
